A mix media project for school. We were supposed to convey a message through artwork. Mine was about human ignorance; try guessing all the other messages I threw in... with what's pictured, and the title....

Self Portrait, Framed 額に入れた自画像

わりといい額を安く変えたのでいれた、自画像。ガラスは無い方がいいかな。
I got a good frame for a good price, so I keep the self portrait in this frame. I think it'd be better without glass.

Two of the three pictures is the older of my younger brothers. In one he's drawing, in the other he's playing Guitar Hero (video game). The small boy is my mom's friend's kid and is watching the TV (picturing the Guitar Hero screen).

This is drawn from a photograph. The highlights were fun to do. The hair is a bit rough, though... It doesn't really look like me, but I think I did fairly OK.

Violinist sketches バイオリニストのスケッチ

今はアクリルで弟がバイオリンを弾いているところの肖像を描いているので、練習にスケッチ。結構体を動かすのでとても難しい。

Child's Foot 子供の足

From some photograph, a sketch of a foot. Feet are pretty hard to draw; though they seem to have simple shapes, little details distinguish the realistic from the really bad drawings.
