Komorebi こもれび

This is drawn from a photograph my dad took when we went to somewhere in Minnesota. The girl is me, and the boy is one of my brothers. The shadows on the sidewalk were fun to draw.

Mother and Me 母と私

This is painted from an old photo I found of me and my mom. She is walking down a wooded path (a park, maybe?) holding me. I think my dad took this picture. I first planned to paint more, but stopped because it looked good the way it is.

Brother 10 弟１０

This is my younber brother (the older one). It's a photo from several years ago, but I don't think he's that much different. His foot looks very large, but the bottle was difficult to fit into his form.

Potrait out of a photo of me and my younger brothers. I drew it to give to my piano teacher (my mom's friend) that was moving away. The one in the center does not look like him at all, even though I spent two hours redoing him over and over.

Second Cousins 2 又従姉弟

母の従姉妹の子供たち．．．ってなんて呼ぶんだっけ。又従姉弟？です。
それから、これは「又従兄妹」で描いた子達とはまた別の又従姉弟です。

My Friend's Grandfather 友達の祖父

A friend of mine asked me if I could draw a potrait of her grandfather for her grandmother. This is what I ended up drawing, out of a photograph. It doesn't look a single bit like him, but oh well. My friend liked it.
