Hands That Hold A Violin バイオリンを持つ手

My younger brother (who plays a violin) modeled for me while I sketched these. I love drawing hands! Especially when they are doing some kind of skilled work, such as playing an instument. When they do such things hands make complicated and fine-tuned but balanced, stable and beautiful shapes that are difficult but exciting to draw.

バイオリンを弾く弟がモデルになってくれました。手って描くの楽しい！とくに楽器を弾くなどとなにか技術がいる事をしている様子が面白い。複雑で繊細だけれどしっかりバランスを保っている綺麗な形の手を描くのは難しく、とても楽しい。
